1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Profitable Posting University (“PPU”), a digital learning product owned and operated by Profitable Posting LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or using any part of PPU, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use PPU.

3. Products and Access Rights

  • Upon full payment, students are granted lifetime access to the PPU course materials.
  • Funnels and associated materials provided in any package remain the exclusive property of Profitable Posting LLC.
  • Redistribution, resale, or sharing of course materials or funnels is strictly prohibited.
  • Login sharing is prohibited. Violation will result in immediate revocation of enrollment without refund.
  • Course materials are hosted on Systeme.io, and access may require creating an account on that platform.

4. Tier Structure and Funnel Ownership

  • Tier 1: Access to self-paced learning program. Students must acquire their own funnel software if they wish to implement the provided strategies.
  • Tier 2: Includes the full course plus a done-for-you funnel provided manually by Profitable Posting LLC. Funnel ownership remains with PPU; however, lead data generated will be sent directly to the student.
  • Tier 3 (Corporate): Includes one master corporate funnel and individual funnels for up to ten (10) sales representatives. Additional licenses beyond ten are available at $200 each. All funnels remain under Profitable Posting LLC ownership and are licensed for internal use only.

5. Payments and Processing

All payments are one-time and processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe and Profitable Posting LLC to process payment for the selected package.

6. Refund Policy & 30-Day Lead Flow Guarantee

We offer a 30-Day Lead Flow Guarantee as follows: If you complete all required course modules and implement the PPU system as instructed, yet fail to generate at least three (3) qualified leads within 30 days, you may request a refund.

To qualify for a refund:

  1. You must complete all course lessons and assignments.
  2. You must provide verifiable proof of implementation, including post examples and funnel setup.
  3. You must submit your refund request to refunds@profitableposting.org within 35 days of purchase.
  4. All refund requests will be manually reviewed to confirm eligibility.

We guarantee lead flow, not closed sales. Profitable Posting LLC is not responsible for the sales conversion abilities, communication skills, or follow-up methods of students or their teams.

7. Data Collection and Communication

By enrolling in PPU, you consent to Profitable Posting LLC collecting your name, email address, and phone number for:

  • Providing course access and updates.
  • Sending promotional offers and educational materials related to PPU.

We do not sell or share your personal information with any third parties. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by unsubscribing or contacting support@profitableposting.org.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  • Results will vary between individuals and markets.
  • We make no guarantee of income, business growth, or specific results beyond the lead flow described in Section 6.
  • All information provided in PPU is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.
  • Profitable Posting LLC, its owners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or failure arising from the use or misuse of course materials.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, frameworks, videos, funnels, templates, and written materials are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Profitable Posting LLC.

Students and licensees are granted limited, non-transferable rights to use course content internally within their business. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution of materials is strictly prohibited. Violation of this clause may result in license revocation and legal action.

10. Course Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, improve, or update course materials, funnels, and these Terms at any time. Continued access or use of PPU after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Colorado, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree that you will not participate in any class-action lawsuit or similar proceeding against Profitable Posting LLC. Each party will bear its own legal costs.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PPU at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

15. Parental Consent Clause

While PPU does not contain age-restricted or adult material, individuals under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing or enrolling in any Profitable Posting University program.
